Am I a horse? AM I??

Apparently, Tabitha thinks I am a horse – or at the very least a suitable four-legged animal deemed appropriate to use as a horse.

She has taken to climbing on my back when I have been foolish enough to allow my guard down and makes horse sounds.

The 'look! no hands' approach is apparently a good one

But I am pleased to say I don’t mind too much as I get a nice cuddle, and Minnie won’t let her really sit down on me…

Uhhh, is nowhere sacred anymore?!

Firstly, Tabitha started ‘stroking’ me (here, read ‘smacks me on the head’), and I am not allowed to sit on her lap. Secondly, I am not allowed anywhere near her food bowl yet when she is caught chowing down on my extra-special kibble it is deemed funny. Now, the absolute final straw has happened. My lovely cosy sanctuary has become a Tabitha playground. Hmmmm.

At least I’m good for something

Some people have suggested that I am not good for much, darn cheeky I know. However I think this picture shows how I have proved them wrong and how I am actually an excellent arm rest.

Ahh, hello my bretheren

On one of my many fun walks with my family, we visited a friendly local organic pig farm – and this is the first time I have been so up close and personal with my so-called bretheren. I don’t really look like a pig do I? I think my feelings may be hurt if so.
– I must admit I felt a little ‘naked’ when comparing myself to these bad boys!
The saddlebottoms were my favourite and we had a good chat:

Hugs with my pal

Ahh, I love my best friend Tabby. She enjoys playing with me, although it is a bit annoying when she steals my toys (especially as I am not allowed to share hers). But best of all are the hugs that she gives me. Brilliant!

Nose job. . . check!

Today, much to my chargrin, I had a nose job. I am still very angry with Minnie for putting me through the ordeal but I will use this post as my catharsis. I was told by the vet a few weeks ago that I would need an operation to help open up my little nose so that I could breathe more easily in the hot weather (ha! Where has that gone?!). I didn’t think Andy and Minnie would agree to do it so quickly though. … (they were told by the vet that the sooner I had it done the better it would be but seriously – just a week later, uhhhh). Minnie dropped ,e off at the vet’s this morning at 8 and I was through the surgery by 2. After a bit of time being attended to by some lovely ladies in the recovery centre, Minnie and Tabby picked me up at 4.30. I had a to wear a cone for a while – but Minnie took it off when we got home because I was walking into things. I still can’t quite look Minnie in the eye as am so mad at her, but I will probably forgive her when she gives me my next meal (haha – she was told by the vet she had to feed me chicken and rice, so she went to Tesco specially to buy me my glorious food – far better than that horrid kibble they normally feed me).

Here are a couple of pics that mean old Minnie took of me ‘post op’:

Oh god! The indignity. How can they have put me through this? Uhhhh.

I can’t even get comfy in my own bed due to this ridiculous get-up I am being forced to wear…

Yeah yeah, ok they are Tabitha’s sunnies not mine – but naturally I think I look the part….
