What the deuce?

I got extremely confused this weekend, regarding what is known as a ‘waterbomb’.  I thought, when Andy rolled it towards me, that it was a slightly mis-shapen ball and I would be able to play with it for hours.  But golly I got the shock of my life when it burst on me.  Still, I kept trying and these darned things kept bursting on me.  Quite good fun though although apparently I got a very strange look on my face when they burst – sadly the camera wasn’t quick enough to catch these particular expressions:

Ohh, it exploded. So strange!

A pug’s work is never done

So over the bank holiday weekend I was lucky enough to have the company of both Minnie and Andy, but they seemed very intent on busying themselves with what they call ‘DIY’ rather than what I felt they should be doing which was  ‘PCA’ (Pug constant attention).  But I like to think I helped out in every way that I could, waking Andy up in the morning by sneaking upstairs and licking  his face, following Minnie around in case she dropped anything remotely edible (this includes tissues, hairbands etc) at any point, and overseeing the painting of the wall in the garden.

See a couple of pictures of the wall painting expedition below – I wasn’t that thrilled when Andy considered painting me – but since I had already stuck my whiskers in the paint pot I suppose it wouldn’t have made much difference:
